I can say with complete and utter confidence that Krista & Alex enjoyed their wedding day to the MAX. After having to postpone their wedding and change venues, you would think they would catch a break, right? Well their big day finally comes around, and it starts POURING but never did they stress or seem upset about it. They were just so excited to be getting married and celebrate with their loved ones.
Well, maybe they did catch a couple breaks. It rained alllllll day, except when it was time to do their portraits. The rain held up just in time for us to get all of these beautiful photos and their emotional first look. I remember Alex came up to me in the parking lot "asking me where to go", it's in quotes because he didn't really say anything - he was crying so hard, I just knew I had to direct him. It was really the sweetest thing I've ever seen.
Krista and Alex did not let the weather ruin their energy, if anything, Krista was a whole vibe on that dance floor. It's always so fun to see how our couples interact with their closest family and friends because we get to see their true and unhinged personalities. Based off of their engagement session and the previous email interactions we've had, it wasn't until the dance floor opened that we came across Krista's gangsta side.
It was such an honor to finally be a part of their wedding.
May God bless their beautiful union and grant them all of the happiness in the world.
